This season has been a time of deep transformation for me—a period of introspection and alignment. For a while, I found myself rushing, eager to move forward—but life gently reminded me that growth often requires patience and realignment before we can take the next steps with true clarity. It’s been a journey of slowing down, reassessing, and finding balance between my inner work and outward endeavors.
As I’ve continued growing my business, I've realized that true sustainability doesn’t just come from hard work—it comes from listening to my intuition while aligning with my aspirations. That’s why I’ve embraced a more balanced approach this year, including working part-time at Frontside, a local coffee shop. It’s become a place of connection, community, and rejuvenation. Sharing space with friendly coworkers and learning how to make lattes brings me joy, while also giving me the mental space to nurture my business in tandem. Balance!
Alongside this new rhythm, I’ve been syncing my workflow with my hormonal cycle, which has had a hugely positive impact on my energy and focus. This approach has helped me manage my time more effectively, avoid burnout, and stay grounded in my work. I’ve also leaned into accountability partnerships, which provide mutual support and inspiration, making the sometimes lonely road of entrepreneurship feel more fulfilling.
On a deeper level, I’ve been doing a lot of inner work—practicing self-compassion, tuning into my emotions, and refining my vision for the future of my business. When I first stepped onto this path, I felt an intuitive calling to leave my corporate job and trust the unknown. Now, I’m getting clear on who I want to serve and how I want to show up for the world. My purpose is evolving, and I’m excited to share these shifts with you over time!
