My coaching is intuitive and empathic. It is especially supportive for those who are spiritually curious, highly sensitive, or awakening to their intuitive gifts.
While I’m also a psychic and energy worker, I keep those modalities in their own containers unless it’s clearly in service of your growth and we’ve agreed to include them. At its core, this space is yours.

Each session is first and foremost a coaching session. These modalities are available to you as optional tools—we’ll incorporate them when they support your process. Whether we’re diving into your goals or the unseen, each session meets you exactly where you are.

📆 What Are The Logistics?
Here’s what you can expect when you sign up for coaching:

Each session is 60 minutes long.

Sessions take place via video conference call or in-person at participating locations* in the Mount Washington Valley.
You’ll choose your preference when booking. You are welcome to use both online and in-person sessions throughout your membership.
*In-person sessions may be held at Luma Wellness in Silver Lake, NH or Heartspace in Fryeburg, ME.

After purchasing a membership, you’ll receive a unique code to schedule your sessions through my online calendar. You can book sessions at your own pace, whenever it works best for you.

You’re in charge of your schedule—book all your sessions in advance or space them out as needed. You can cancel your membership at any time.

A quiet, private space where you can speak freely, a journal or notebook if you like to take notes, and a reliable internet connection (for remote sessions).
-
You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours in advance using the same booking link. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in a forfeited session at my discretion.
